LA, THE CITY OF ORIGINS

To launch the Origins Collection, a reinterpretation of Oakley’s first ever eyewear pieces, we took to LA… and took over LA.

An immersive space, City of Origins, was created in the heart of street culture, Fairfax Ave, LA. The pop-up opened for three days, with a concept, layout, and programming that explored the city of LA, and the design, culture, and sports heritage that has been consistently evolving since the Olympics in 1984, the same year that the original Oakley Eyeshade was introduced.

 
 
 

The rest of the city? Well, we went big with a classic poster-campaign that harked back to the 1984 Olympics.
